Current full-time University of St. Thomas undergraduate students are eligible to use the facility. All undergraduate students must present a valid University of St. Thomas ID card for access into the fitness areas.

In the event undergraduate student status is terminated, individuals will no longer be eligible to access the facility.

All University of St. Thomas graduate and professional students are eligible to purchase a non-refundable term membership for any of the following terms. Memberships are available starting the first day of each term and will continue to be available throughout. Memberships are pro-rated for the term the first day of each month. All membership rates will remain the same regardless of the length of the month, or building availability around University closings.

Memberships may be purchased through the button below. Once purchased, a valid University of St. Thomas identification card must be presented for access into the fitness areas.

Memberships are nominally priced relative to other local alternatives. Individual graduate and professional student memberships will be $15 per month, payable only up front on a semester basis;

• Spring semester (January 1- May 31): $75
• Summer (June 1- August 31): $45
• Fall semester (September 1- December 31): $60

Prices do not include tax, and it may take up to 24 hours after point of purchase for your membership card to be active.

In the event graduate/professional student status is terminated, individuals will no longer be eligible to access the facility.

If you recently had a University of St. Thomas baccalaureate degree conferred, you can contact the Card Office to obtain your one-year complimentary membership. Complimentary one-year access for 2022-2023 is currently offered to anyone who graduated December 2021 or May 2022. Memberships obtained mid-year will only be granted access for the remainder of the one-year term.

Current regular full-time and part-time employees (including faculty adjuncts) of the University of ÀÇÓÑÊÓƵ will be offered complimentary AARC access with a current University identification card. This complimentary membership is valid for the individual only. All other employees must purchase a membership.

Note: Should someone want to bring a non-member - community / alumni memberships may be purchased for guests, spouses, etc. All AARC users must be 18 years of age or older and must present a valid University of St. Thomas ID card for access into the fitness areas of the facility. In the event an employee's status is terminated, individuals will no longer be eligible to access the facility. Please contact St. Thomas Human Resources at 651-962-6510 if you have questions about your employee status and AARC eligibility.

Important information about locker rentals:

• Faculty and staff will have the opportunity to rent lockers. A limited number of lockers are available. Lockers are only available to rent by the term
• Locker rentals can be renewed starting two weeks prior to the final day of the term
• Lockers not renewed need to be cleaned out by 5:00 pm on the final day of the membership term (ex: May 31, Dec 31, Aug 31)
• AARC issued locks must be returned to the control desk
• Locker users in the general locker room should secure the lock on the locker. Items left in the lockers will be placed in lost and found at the control desk

Alumni from the University of St. Thomas are eligible to purchase a non-refundable term membership for any of the following terms. A limited number of memberships are available starting the first day of each term and will continue to be available throughout. Memberships are pro-rated for the term the first day of each month. All membership rates will remain the same regardless of the length of the month, or building availability around University closings.

Memberships may be purchased through the button below. Once purchased, instructions will be given on how to obtain your membership card. A valid University of St. Thomas alumni membership identification card must be present for access into the fitness areas.

Memberships are nominally priced relative to other local alternatives. Individual alumni memberships will be $55 per month, payable only up front on a semester basis;

• Spring semester (January 1- May 31): $275
• Summer (June 1- August 31): $165
• Fall semester (September 1- December 31): $220

A $15.00 fee will be assessed by the UST card office at the time your card is produced. It may take up to 24 hours after point of purchase for your membership card to be active.

All University of ÀÇÓÑÊÓƵ community members are eligible to purchase a non-refundable term membership for any of the following terms. A limited number of memberships are available starting the first day of each term and will continue to be available throughout. Memberships are pro-rated for the term the first day of each month. Memberships are nominally priced relative to other local alternative. Individual community memberships will be $65 per month, payable only up front on a semester basis;

• Spring semester (January 1- May 31): $325
• Summer (June 1- August 31): $195
• Fall semester (September 1- December 31): $260

Members are required to be 18 years of age or older.

Only 100 memberships will be available annually for this category of membership and are available on a first come, first serve basis.
