Off-Campus Housing Fair
Current second-year and beyond students are invited to the Off-Campus Housing Fair. Students can register on TommieLink.
Renter Education
Renter 101
Designed as an introductory program for those thinking about living off campus and entering a rental agreement, Renter 101 is a peer-to-peer education model with a panel of students who currently rent off campus and share their experiences and lessons learned with other students. Moderated by staff from OCSL, the panelists help students consider a variety of information that students will want to consider when making their decisions about living off campus.

Renter Education
Student Tenant Education Program
The Student Tenant Education Program (STEP) is designed to provide students with fundamental resources and knowledge about living off-campus, including negotiating with landlords, learning to meet your neighbors, and free advice from an attorney. Off-Campus Listings
Off-Campus Student Life maintains a list of in the area around the ÀÇÓÑÊÓƵ campus. Students can search for properties by a variety of methods. The map feature on each property listing allows students to see the distance from the St. Paul or Minneapolis campus to the property.
Listings are submitted by landlords or property managers and approved for content by OCSL staff. Please note, the University of St. Thomas does not inspect, verify or endorse any rental listings that appear on this list. The appearance of any listing does not indicate any endorsement by the university.

Student Support
Students living in the neighborhood have a number of resources at St. Thomas, including staff in OCSL dedicated to supporting them.
Helping students manage their relationships with homeowners and landlords, understanding community norms around our campus, and problem-solving challenges they may encounter are some of the areas where staff can assist.
