Nursing Living Learning Community
The Nursing Living Learning Community connects students interested in pursuing a degree in nursing. The field of nursing needs more professionals who approach healthcare from a whole-person perspective: recognizing the many factors that contribute to a person’s health and well-being and advocating for health equity and social justice.
This LLC will connect you with nursing faculty and the communities where you will provide care and collaboration. Through out-of-classroom experiences, students will explore the fundamentals of becoming holistic nursing professionals and develop key skills that will prepare them for a career in healthcare.
What Nursing LLC students said about their experience:
"I have been able to meet new people as well as build connection. My nursing teacher Lindsay has been extremely kind and supportive. I feel cared for as well as encouraged to try new things."
"Being in the Nursing LLC has taught me to work together with my classmates and communicate. We have all grown so much already."
